Q: I'm new to all of this. Who are Monley Innovations & what exactly do you do?
Monley Innovations LLC is a call centre agency that provides customer service support solutions to companies around the world. We contract agents from all over the United States to answer inbound calls from their own home office for very popular telecommunications, roadside assistance, cable providers, cruise lines, insurance, retail, and more. Our agents have the ability to service not only customers in the United States, but also international customers. We also offer business coaching, mentorship and corporate training to independent business owners who partner with us.
Q: How does this whole thing work?
Great question! We are currently registered as an Independent Business Owner (IBO) with the Arise Virtual Solutions platform. As a CSP (Customer Service Professional), once you register and sign up with us, you will have access to work for some of the best companies offering opportunities through the Arise platform. By partnering with and working from home with Monley Innovations you will be able to choose the client you want to provide your services to, set your own work calendar, avoid traffic jams & work on your own schedule!
Q: Are there anylegal requirements orage restrictions I should know about?
Q: I have never heard of Arise. Who are they?
The Arise platform provides an unparalleled business opportunity for tens of thousands of primarily home-based micro call centres, run by stay-at-home moms, veterans, college students, retirees and other entrepreneurial-minded individuals.
Arise Virtual Solutions, Inc. has over the last 15 years become one of the major and most recognized pioneers of work-at-home call centers. Since their start-up in 1994, Arise has provided their numerous clients with flexible, efficient, high-quality contact center services in the cloud, including customer care, sales, technical support, e commerce and social media support, e-learning and consulting.

Q: Sounds good. Can you give me details regarding any costs/fees, benefits and details of pay?
Sure thing! In regards to costs/fees, there will be a registration fee for contractors working with us. As an Independent Contractor, you will need to pay for your Certification Course before beginning actual work. This will be paid to Arise, not Monley Innovations.
You are also responsible for any operating fees such as landline phone, internet service & equipment required to service. We will not be providing those facilities and they are required in order for you to use all platforms successfully.
You will be paid on the 15th & last day (usually the 27th) of the month via direct deposit, if those dates fall on a weekend, you will be paid the Friday before. Your hourly rate can vary depending on the client you choose to work with. Current agents earn around $9.00-$15.00 per hour. Please note that there is no limit to how much you can make in a month. As mentioned earlier, you select the number of hours you want which means the maximum amount you can earn is completely up to you.
In regards to benefits, there are no benefits such as medical, dental, vacation, etc. Due to the fact that on signing up you will be an independent contractor (not an employee), any coverages needed will be the responsibility of the CSP (Customer Service Provider) not the IBO (independent business owner).
Q: Ok. Is there any servicing fee I would have to pay Monley Innovations?
Yes. There will be a servicing fee of 20 per pay check for a total of $40 per month servicing fee to cover our technical & servicing costs. This is necessary to cover our expenditures as we work hard to bring you the very best service at all times. We handle a lot of client & partner support throughout the duration of your partnership with us and we will be here helping you along every path to make sure all of your questions are answered and that you're able to work & create income for yourself consistently. We want you to be successful and in order for us to effectively do so, we do charge a servicing fee. This amount is usually less than any regular taxes deducted from any other paycheck so we don't expect it to be a problem to you or your overall income.
Q: What's the most I can make from this?
This is a question we get asked all the time. The honest answer is, there truly is no limit to what you can make per year. It all depends on how much work you can get done in a specific period of time. Your earnings can be anything from 10-$1,000 plus bi-monthly (NB: this is an example and there are no guarantees). The wonderful thing about partnering with Monley Innovations is that you have full control over how long you work and how much you can be paid for it. So in that regard, there is no limit! It is totally up to you.
Q: How many hours am I required to work?
As many hours as you would like to. All of the clients have a minimum hour requirement which is usually 15 or 20 hours. You must work that to continue servicing that client. There are clients that have a weekly cap of 100 hours so if your making on average $12.00 an hour times 100 hours you would earn $1,200 in a week. On the other hand if you work 20 hours and make $10.00 per hour you would earn only $200 that week. It is totally up to you.
Q: What about taxes?
Taxes are not deducted from your bi-weekly pay. Because you are an independent contractor, you will receive a 1099 form in place of a standard W2 for tax purposes every year. Please note that as an Independent Contractor, you are fully responsible for your own taxes. Monley Innovations LLC does not take any taxes out on your behalf. A 1099 will be issued at the end of the year.
Q: I think I want to sign up. Is there any contract involved?
Yes, a contract must be signed to protect you as a CSP (Customer Service Professional) and Monley Innovations LLC. As a CSP, you will receive a copy of all documents that require signing for your records. You will have a login on this platform as well as on the Arise Platform so that you can access all the necessary information and that we can always meet your needs.
Q: Can I have another job or contract position while working with Monley Innovations?
Absolutely, as long as the position is not a conflict of interest & you can maintain your servicing requirements with your client.
Q: My aim is to progress in my career. How can I advance while partnering with you?
Yes, there are opportunities to advance for those that become top performers on the Arise platform. We believe in creating opportunities for all our partners and clients & we make it our personal goal to do everything we can to help our partners advance their careers and expand their businesses. We do this by providing the very best in client resources, tools and support.
Q: Once I sign up & become a partner with you, what will be my scope of work?
Our Independent contracted agents will provide support via phone & data entry. They provide Sales Support, Technical Support, Retention, Customer Care Services & more. There are dozens of client programs which you can choose from. It all depends on the opportunities available at any present time.
Q: Is there any training provided, is it free & will I get paid while doing it?
At Monley Innovations, we pride ourselves in our ability to provide client companies with the very best in customer relationship management. In order to ensure this, extensive training, assistance, and certification is provided via the Arise platform. Client specific training and certification courses are necessary criteria for working and partnering with us. You will be required to enroll in a client specific certification course that works with your schedule.
You will be required to enrol in a Certification Course that works with your schedule. These are highly specialized, instructor-led online courses. Most come with a fee that ranges from $25 to $249. These courses are required by clients and provide details about the client’s systems and the requirements of the particular program. These programs are client driven and certify the agents of call centre companies using the Arise platform to interact with the brand’s customers after passing an assessment that validates they understand client call types, performance metrics, client systems, and more.
Please note: Monley Innovations, LLC does not pay for the time spent in a Client Certification course. We act as a 'middleman' between our partner’s clients and the Independent Contractors working from home. As an authorized agent & Independent Contractor, you are responsible for any certification needed that is required to educate yourself to properly provide your services to the client so you will be expected to cover your own costs.
Q: I've always wanted to work for myself. Tell me more about this Arise Platform.
Registering to be a partner with Monley Innovations is a great option for those who are looking for flexibility. It will also help those who want to earn a living working from home & want to spend more time with friends and family.

Q: Are there any other requirements for becoming a partner & working as a call centre agent?
Great question. Yes, you must have a quiet work space, you must have or be willing to obtain wired Internet service at home & must have or be willing to obtain a landline at home.
Q: I am a military spouse. Are there any specific incentives or discounts for me and my family to join?
Yes! We currently offer vouchers for Certification Courses to military spouses, veterans, Veteran Spouses or active members or US Armed Forces. Our founders are a military family and are happy to partner with as many vets & active member as possible. We thank you and appreciate you for all your service to our country.
Q: Can I become a partner agent regardless of where I live in the US?
At this time, the states of California, Connecticut, Maryland, Massachusetts, New York, Oregon and Wisconsin are closed for sourcing purposes.
Q: I'm impressed with what I have read so far. How quickly can I get started?
So glad to hear that. The initial admissions process takes as little as a day. Once you complete the admissions process & join the Monley Innovations team, you'll need to select a Client Certification course which you will complete using the Arise platform.
